I got my first colonic in the last week and I am so impressed that I need to let my whole family know how great I feel. I will wrap my head around that detox one day and do it to the finish.

After seeing what comes out of me when I do the detox drink and fruits, I decided to change my lifestyle. My whole problem is what I eat. So this encouraged me to put away the bad food and stop eating out almost every day. So I started preparing meals at home. I did not know that my 8 year old son likes my cooking. I want to live for him so I will keep detoxing out that bad food.

Highly recommended to have a colonic and detox. I used to have body odor and did not realize the source. It turns out it was from years of working a lot and not properly eliminating while at work. I was amazed with this place! They are very friendly and comforting. I get sick every time I go, not due to them, and they are always very helpful. I feel at ease every time I go. They are gentle as can be and they advice they give during the process is VERY helpful. The atmosphere is really relaxing and soothing. One would think that the place would reek, but nope its very very clean. Reminds me of a spa.

I went to A Choice for Life to get a colonic. I have been getting colonics for about seven years since I became a vegan. The first thing that impressed me was the professionalism of the people that worked there. The state of the art equipment that they were using was very impressive. I was still thinking in the back of my mind, I hope they know what they are doing and this is not going to be tooooo uncomfortable. To my pleasant surprise it was the best experience with a colonic that I have ever had. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. THEY ARE FANTASTIC! It was over before I knew time flew and the therapist was unbelievable. She massaged my colon and explained the entire procedure as she gently worked on me. I chose A Choice For Life after having had terrifying experiences at well known colonic places on the north side. It is not prudent to name names but I hope no one every goes up to the north side for colonics...ever. The folks at A Choice For Life were well trained, well versed, comforting, patient, friendly and best of all professional. It is HARD for a manly man as I am to do colonics and if I was not constipated all the time, I would not do them...ever. But I bit the bullet and did it with A Choice For Life because I was desperate. Because of my fear, the man at the front desk suggested that I should try their 5 day detox program instead. It has now been two weeks since I followed his advice and their detox program, I have been regular ever since. I plan to be regular from now on even though I don't think I may need colonics in the future. But guess what...the 5 day detox is the bomb. You literally drop a bomb every day you do it. Everybody should do that 5 day detox at least once.

I appreciate the staff for all they did to help me. I was constipated for almost two weeks and felt miserable. I had spoken with a doctor friend who discouraged me from having a colonic, but she did not help me to solve the problem either. The staff helped me through the whole colonic process. It is true that it is not painful and their knowledge of diet truly saved me from the some other fate, especially since I spent 2 hours in the ER waiting for relief. While I was in the ER, I called them and they took me in right away even though it was last minute, and God bless those people for helping me from suffering. I recommend that everyone change their diets so that they don't have to do too many colonics. I hope they don't get mad for me saying that, but the most important thing I got out of that experience was immediate relief and that Diet Recommendation Sheet, because I changed my diet and I now live to tell about it.
