I know you guys are from the office!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. They send letters saying if you dont do this... and dont do that... they'll cut you off; but cant return your call or message you left a week ago; and the voice mail says they'll call back in 24 hours. It's been 5 business days. Case workers NEVER Answer their phone.... I'll give 2 stars becasue they do provide medical for me and my child.
