I just moved in to my new assocation at henderson square. This place is horrible. I can send anyone a string of emails to show them the horrible lines of communication and lack of organization they have as a company. Nothing is streamlined and everything is all over the place which confuses me b/c I thought when you go with a 3rd party organization, it's supposed to create ease, communication, and organization, and NOT chaos and things lost in translation. Unfortunately, I don't have a choice but to go with this group b/c I just moved in to this community and my only introduction so far has been with Phoenix and it them alone makes me want to return the property. If i can give them -100 stars, I totally would!

Absolutely horrible company. They manage the building I currently own a unit in. Terrible communication, poor follow through, constant struggles over financials, and what I can only describe as an incompetent and bumbling staff.



I would be completely embarrassed to be associated with an organization like this.



Avoid any dealings with them at all cost.

Save your money and look elsewhere. They are expensive to begin with and they like to nickel-and-dime you with add-on fees. They claim they identify these "services" beforehand but they do not. You have to find them in your monthly financial statements.



While they were our management company, their service was underwhelming at best. It was a chore just to get the people assigned to our association to follow a simple to-do list.



You can find comparable--or better--service for much less.
