I was very pleased with the friendly service from Andy, an older gentleman who worked on my car. He explained what was wrong and what it would take yo fix it without being condescending or "talking down" to me. Estimates are free and within about an hour he called to say they confirmed the suspected problem. I was given a reasonable quote that included parts, labor, tab, etc. and paid exactly that when I returned to pick up the car later that day. They even gave my dog a treat! I'm pleased with my experience here and will recommend it to others.

We have a total of three cars. My wife drives a 04 BMW X5 and a Volvo and drive Audi A6. All of them are serviced at Northside Auto Repair. Sam , the main tech is as professional and knowledgeable as humanly possible. We never had a problem of any kind when servicing our cars there. Usually we email him a whenever we have question or a problem with the car. He always answers and explains everything to the smallest detail. As far as pricing goes, let me tell you I probably saved enough for a small vacation. I used to take my car to dealers all the time and when I started taking my cars to Northside Auto Repair (because I was tired of ripoffs), I was surprised how reasonable his prices were and not only that, Sam will tell you what really needs to be done and what is not so important.Northside Auto Repair is great
