I have rented vehicles from National many times over the years for business travel to Chicago. They always deliver with a clean vehicle, plenty of choices (I have Executive Status with National), and friendly, fast service. The experience has been easy for me to work with on a consistent basis which is much appreciated!

The best part of renting a car at National is not having to wait in line to get your car. I am able to quickly pick out a car and then get on the road right away so I can get to my destination. Convenience!

I've been renting at this facility for a couple of years and have become a regular customer. The people at the check out, greeters and check in are the best!!! Caring, sincere and a joy to meet. I even get a hug now and then. In this day and age when we have to be politically correct all the time, it an enjoyment to greet such a caring staff. Kudos to all the staff and management.

This experience was ok, however, I did request a toll pass and thought it was given to me, but it wasn't and I passed through 3 tolls. When I got the invoice, the toll pass wasn't listed on th invoice, but that excuse the fact that I asked the attendeant for one and it wasn't given to me. I even have an audio recording where I asked for it. Good grief.

I love renting from National because it's a hassle free experience. With Emerald club you can pick the vehicle you want to drive. You just get the car and go, and the return process is easy too.

Just awful customer service for an Emerald Club member who booked a reservation through Chase Rewards points. The guy at the gate would not let me out. Sent me back to the desk - the whole reason I am in the Emerald club is to AVOID the desk. Then the desk sent me back up and said they would call the gate. Never called. Whole thing was a waste of 45 minutes. Time I should have been spending with my family. I tweeted my story and was given 1 free day. Oh, and they had exactly 1 car in the Emerald Club lot. One car to choose from.

Renting online is quick and easy, I upgraded for free to a Mustang and had a great day. Great service before and after the rental.

The folks working here are awesome!! They go above and beyond to help you. There could be a better car selection, last few times I was here it was mostly only minivans left.

I've used National Emerald Club to rent cars for some time now. My experience has always been positive. The folks at all locations have always been helpful. I avoid other companies and appreciate National's rewards for loyalty.

always great service at midway. got to minneapolis there was no one there to get car when dropped of, midway always staffed. Seems to be the difference between the good locations (Midway) and the bad ones(MSP).

As usual with National Car Rental and the location at Midway especially since I have been using them now ever other week for the last 4 months, OUTSTANDING service. Everyone is always cheerful, helpful and can never do enough for you regardless of the hour you get or return your vehicle. I have got to hand it to National Car Rental. They know what customer service looks like and you deliver. From the moment I arrived at you rental agency I was assisted by their professional staff from who greeted me warmly, were attentive, and who made me feel welcomed. My transaction was handled thoroughly and fast. Next, when going to pick up my car a situation arouse, no mid-size car were available at that moment. However, National Car Rental professionally personnel immediately managed the situation, and resolved it punctually, with emphasis on making me, the customer happy. I was asked if I would like to pick from one of the SUV’s available, and did so. Therefore the situation was resolved with complete satisfaction to me, the customer. I expected great service and National Car Rental delivered exceptional service and I am very thankful, because it allowed me to get on with my business of visiting my family.

My first time flying into Midway, Emerald Executive level, had very friendly and helpful staff (they even helped me with my bags!) Checkout staff were just as friendly and helpful. Great selection of vehicles, SUV was clean inside and out. I would definitely recommend National Midway Airport.

As an Emerald member with only occasional need of a rental, I was quite pleased by the team at National. No pressure to buy any insurance I didn't need or options. This was my first experience of them driving my car to the luggage and offering me an upgrade at no charge. The value was excellent! No problems with the car. It was just as pleasant and easy on the drop-off.
