It was freezing cold and I was at the Auto Zone a bit down the street from Lucas Tire attempting to have my headlight replaced. Cops and other drivers don't like it when you're driving with just one. The young man helping me at Auto Zone tried his hardest but just couldn't replace the bulb. It was freezing and he probably didn't want to keep fudging with it outside. He recommended one of two Auto Repair shops, with Lucas Tires being one of them.



The guys at Lucas replaced my headlight in about 30 minutes and applied the 10% discount for mentioning I saw the place on yelp.

Lucas Tire was somewhat unattractive on the outs, but I think they like it like that. The service however was GREAT! Their staff have you complete a few forms (which I know may seem weird with computers and all), but I'm sure this makes it very helpful for them to know you. I've been looking for a mechanic shop, who knows what they are doing (without having to charge you $100 to take a look), reasonable and welcoming. Well Lucas Tire is just that. I was able to use a valuable coupon, get great service, great recommendation and prospects of future discounts, all for under $20. Thanks Lucas, you are my new Mechanic!

Went there to get a TPMS sensor installed. Got a quote over the phone. Once there, the mechanics were working on the wheel, but the old valve stem took quite a bit of work to get off. Just as the mechanic was getting the stem off, the owner lady came out and halted the work and told me I had to pay more because the work took longer than they thought. She said I have two options, either pay more or take the car as is, which was not really an option, since one wheel was taken apart and the car can't really run on 3 wheels. I grudgingly agreed to pay the extra amount but did point out that it seemed a bit like being held hostage considering the situation and that I found that to be an unusual business practice to be used on a new customer. She asked me how I would pay and offered a discount if I paid in cash. When I insisted on paying by credit card, she instructed the mechanics to put the wheel back together without the sensor and get the car out. Then she went on a rant about how she di

Had seen good reviews so pulled in when car broke down nearby. Ripped me off big time--paid for new battery that lasted less than a week and looked old. Had to return twice before they replaced it with an actual new battery. On another occasion, they sent my car to an outside source for transmission work, without notifying me of that in advance, and I still have transmission problems. Their quoted costs were less than actual charges, too. Will never again return. Stay away!

I was just at Lucas for an A/C recharge and an oil change. They finished relatively quickly, and gave me a good price. They also gave me a maintenance schedule for my vehicle which I really liked.

Not only did the woman who claimed to run the business threaten me multiple times, she physically assulted my friend and I. This is the most shady establishment I have ever come across.

I called the store, was put on hold for a very long time, than when the gentleman came back to the phone I told him what kind of tires I needed and he told me to see what size I gave him the size and at first he said am I sure, and I told him that is what the tire says and he said oh yeah your right. So than he proceeded to tell me he did not have the tires used, so I asked the gentleman how much new he said 149.00 I told him he was way more expensive than the guy I just got off the phone with, and he said how much and who I told him and he said well get them there than, and hung up on me. Why would they say they beat all competitors and will not be undersold if they give up so quick, hmmmmmm
