I called for plumbing service to have a yearly check on my house and to unclog a bathtub drain. The plumber (Josh) arrived at the specified time and was very professional. He took his time and paid attention to detail. He encountered all kinds of issues with the plumbing in my house and fixed whatever he could on the spot. He also explained everything he was doing and made suggestions for prevention so I won't have these problems in the future. I appreciated his hard work and patience (even with my dog who followed him around the entire time).

Great service started with a phone call to Tyler. Tyler explained everything and the appointment was made! Cormac was the technician and he was right on time, professional and just one heck of a nice guy. Cormac fixed my problem (the trip lever was stuck and couldn't be removed from bathtub and he suggested changing device so the problem will not happen again). Cormac was prompt and my husband and I felt very competent. He explained all of the necessary repairs to various items that were causing an extremely high water bill. We have a four story home and each of our daughters have 2 cats and he was careful with not letting them escape and had to make many trips up and down stairs and always kept his pleasant manner. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

Josh H. was the professional who dealt with a really lengthy and complicated plumbing issue in our ancient condo building. He spent many more hours than anticipated on the pipes the first visit, finishing after 1 AM. He was pleasant and calm the entire time. He had to return the next day due to a minor (one drop) leak, which was easily remedied. Again, friendly and competent service. Our condo association has relied on the Baethke company for over 15 years and professionals like Josh H. are the reason why.

John Baethke and Sons Plumbing is a reliable company. They come when they say they will, or in an emergency. Their workmen are polite and, most important, knowledgable. They will assess the situation and if there are options to resolve it, tell you the complete story and let you decide which solution best fits your particular needs. Our Homeowners Association had several bad experiences with plumbers previous to hiring Baethke, and none since! We have a complex sump pump system, and they have kept it running, and our basements dry, for years. They are not cheap, but they are worth the money.
