Don`t let the religious aspect throw you off, I'm not Christian but really enjoyed this class. It is a circuit workout combining weights, ropes, and biking. The instructor was amazing, he saw that I was not comfortably doing a move, and gave me another option. It is the small things like that, that make a intensive workout not only more bearable, but fun!
To begin, the location is great! It is located on a main street and quick access to public transportation. Also, there is free street parking right on the corner street. The exercise regimen and trainers are also great! It targets a variety of areas and its great and challenging for all types of strength levels. You will definitely bust a sweat! I will certainly continue to go and absolutely would recommend Hour Of Change to everyone.
I'm excited. Good location...easy parking. Then the icing...as a beginner, I'm apprehensive about any exercise regimen. The instructor adjusted my workout to meet me where I am, which helped me stay focused. The stations are arranged for maximum benefit and prevented me from getting bored with a routine. I'm in for the long haul! Thanks.
This is an great location parking located in the rear for clients, nutritional support included. I bought a personal training package for $400 a month. I get to train with my trainer 3 times a week! The results that I have accomplishment in a month is amazing!
The circuit training is amazing! With great personal training. Battle ropes, kettle bells and high intensity training all for $50 bucks a month unlimited. I love Hour Of Change Fitness.
