      Mr. Horn is a great attorney who works to get his claimants approved as quickly as possible as he doesn't get paid unless he wins! Please look him up on NOSSCR, he is the most published attorney in 2012 for wins as published in the Forum for Social Security Disability. By the way, Mr. Horn prevailed in "Cooper" case at the court level!
