What a Mistake!!!

these people do not have a clue when it comes to altering a gown. I brought a piece from Italy to the owner of this shop and he told me he could do the job but it will cost me, as if i didn't expect to pay, i agreed to pay the the amount of 40.00 dollars . i came back to pick up the skirt and he said he wasn't able to do it and that my skirt was in storage, i sent my boy friend there twice and he was told that I received my skirt already. its been four months and when i spoke to the owner he hung up the phone, terrible customer service, go somewhere else if you want African garb , place is full of mice. and a bunch of lies.
