This day was the worst experience in my life , I showed her a picture how I wanted my hair done, she didn’t another way , I came in 10 to 6 and the bleached my hair and than my hair started falling off like , this never happened to ever in my life I promise you, and she also gave me treatment for damage hair , horrible and now my hair looks yellow , never again I will put a foot here again.

They damaged my hair by over bleaching my scalp. Nicole actually told me to let her know if I feel it burning because my head was going to get blisters. They overcharged and could care less whether or not you are happy. Ella, one of the owners rambled for fifteen minutes for me to come back in, but I went three times and each time was worse and worse. I ended up cutting all the dead hair off the back of my head that Nicole tried so hard to hide. She knew she damaged my hair and did not even want to fix it, but instead tell me she's saving me money and not charging me for some of the things she did. I even tipped her 50% and higher, and this shows she just wanted my money. Go somewhere, anywhere but here. Scammers and liars. ***Not sure about everyone else, but the brushes she used weren't even sanitized she just pulled out of the drawer and it had someone else's hair in it.

They have positive customer service. They know what they are doing. They always have excellent ideas when it comes to your hair. This was a very nice place

Ron is a great guy. He is funny, always happy and very straight forward. The most important thing about Ron is he is always very professional. I would certainly recommend him for his great work. I walk in here looking like a mess and walk out looking glamorous!
