No referral, no advertisement seen, but the 1st of what we thought would be many jewelers visited on Jewelers Row. We were greeted to such great smiles & didn't feel pressured at all to buy. We did visit a few more jewelers in that same afternoon, but none felt as inviting, friendly, and honest as Diamonds on Wabash (DOW)! The sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and patient. They really go out of their way to earn your business and to make you happy.

One of the rings gave my girlfriend the biggest smile and I knew right there, that was the ring I bought. They are a wonderful group of people and all of our jewelry needs will go through them. Are wedding rings are classic and they work with you on your budget. Phenomenal!!!!!!

These were custom makes and they did an amazing job on both rings! They worked with FI to design exactly what he wanted and our pieces appraised for double what he paid for.

Today I drove from Milwaukee to Chicago-Jewelers Row on Wabash. Coincedently, when I came out of the parking garage; Diamonds on Wabash was the first store that I saw and visited. I was greeted by this lady with a smile on her face and I felt very comfortable sharing my info with her. I immediately told her what I had in mind and it would be nice if I didn't have to go to any other stores. Within the next forty-five minutes I was a "happy camper" and trust me; this pleasant experience thus far with Iliana was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had transacting business particular with my best interest at heart! Quite frankly; there are a couple of details that must take place within a week or so; but I am completely confident upon the receipt on those gorgeous earrings I will have a desire to refer others. I have been working with this jeweler for years. The ladies that work there take time to work with you and get to know you and do everything possible to provide you with the best possible service and product. I have purchased a number of items from them and their quality and product is superior to many of the other shops in the area. They have a beautiful selection that is suitable to all. When my ring was stolen and I went back to them they sold me another one for a very reasonable price. They check the prongs in my rings and clean my jewelry whenever I stop by. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

Do you research (we made 3 separate purchases). I worked with Jo Anna. They did not deliver the services as promised on a receipt (I am working with the BBB and IL Attorney General right now). Customer service in general was lack luster (items late with no communication, special agreed upon requests not honored). My items had to be shipped and diamonds would arrive loose in their settings.
