Dr. DeClark is board certified by The American Board of Optometry. The primary mission of the office staff is to facilitate quick and effective treatment of all your ocular needs. Dr. DeClark treats a number of conditions and diseases including: • Glaucoma • Cataracts • Diabetic retinopathy • Detached retina • Floaters and flashes • Macular degeneration LASIK consultations and eyeglasses or contact lenses.
