Worst customer service ever! I purchased 2 spa packages for over $100 as a Christmas gift for my husband and myself. To my embarrassment it was ag gift he'd never get to use. When I called to schedule our appointments there weren't open appointments that would coincide with our schedule. Just prior to the expiration date i called the salon to speak to management as i knew we were not going to be able to visit the spa prior to. I didn't want all of my money to go to waste so i wanted to find if an arrangement could be made to where I would loose all of my money. Well after four months of calling, leaving messages and sending emails with no response I finally accepted I've loss my money and has learned to weary of promotions. I've also learned that Chocolate for Your Body has no concern for their clients or at least not when they've been paid up front.
