I needed the glass and LCD screen replaced on my galaxy s4. I had searched the entire city on the web and wasn't inspired to trust any of the companies there. My husband mentioned Chicago Gadgets and told he had heard good things about the company from a few friends of his who were customers of Chicago Gadgets. I decided to give them a try and from first contact until my phone was repaired; my experience was a great one. Their customer service was excellent; friendly and knowledgeable. The technician who repaired my phone came out to explain exactly what he had done to my phone. Even took the time to return my sd card to the phone and put it into a new case. The owner came out to thank me for choosing Chicago Gadgets. He was friendly, passionate about his business and focused on customer service as a priority. The price I paid was at least $50-$75 less than what I had been quoted everywhere else. Thank you all at Chicago Gadgets for showing me that "service with a smile" still exists. I will recommend Chicago Gadgets to my friends and family.

Great customer service! I called a ton of places looking to get my boyfriends ps3 fixed before the holidays and this place was the only one that was patient and answered all my questions and the great service continue when i came in. They where also very efficient and savvy with getting it fixed.

These guys are phenomenal!! I needed my ipod repaired, and for the low price I paid for the service, they fixed it in just two days!! They exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Chicago Gadgets to anyone needing to get his or her ipod repaired... especially when compared to other big chain stores (which I cannot reveal because of the guidelines. But I just want to point out that they charge you just for the estimate alone!! What a ripoff!). Not only did Chicago Gadgets give me a free estimate, they clearly explained the extent of the damage on my ipod. Kudos to their integrity and superb customer service!
