I lost my purse in the cab and the gentleman that I spoke with called me as soon as it was located, and my cab driver drove the purse to me and was extremely nice. I couldn't be happier! Everything was in my purse, including loose money and a camera. Very trustworthy!

The driver, Edu, was kind enough to return my wife's phone to me. I greatly appreciated it--and so did she.

I was in Chicago the week of April 4-8 and I contracted with Chicago Carriage Cab to transport 18 students to 18 different places each day! From my first contact with Alicea over the phone their services was professional and they went above and beyond great customer services. Tanzeem one of the managers was at the Hyatt every morning (some days at 5 am) to make sure that each student got off on time. He also made sure that everyone was picked up and returned to the Hyatt. There dedication and service took the stress out of what could have been a logistical NIGHTMARE!! Not to mention that I did not feel like I was being charged an arm and a leg! But, what took the cake is that we were there promoting the Health Schools Campaign and the Office of Minority Health's Health School Week and they were aware of that and sent as many of their Hybrid vehicles as they could everyday! If you are planning an event in Chicago and need a car service look no further, Chicago Carriage Cab, Co. is where you should go and ask for Alicea or Tanzeem!

I wanted to express my gratitude with one of your taxi drivers. This morning while I was getting out of my car, I dropped my hat on Madison and Franklin, and taxi driver in cab 5097 went out of his way to let me know I dropped my hat. I just had to share this with someone at your company as I'm sure it's not every day that you hear about the good stuff that your drivers do... If at all possible please commend this driver, while it was a small thing he really saved me from losing my hat and given how cold it is today it really made my day that he went out of his way this morning!! Received a flier in the mail about a discount program they had and that you can book a cab ONLINE! Cab showed up, pretty clean, driver spoke english. And best of all I never had to speak with any dispatchers. Just a few clicks.

We had an excellent driver who was friendly, helpful and very honest - when I left my wallet in the cab he returned it to me with some detective work on his part.

Lost my keys in a cab last night after having a few too many drinks. I do remember cabbie was very nice. Just called their customer service, and they were so nice and very helpful. Hopefully, they'll find my keys, but regardless, i just wanted to give them a great review---ive had to deal with other lost items, and cab companies are rarely as helpful as this one was!

I used the wheelchair accessible van yesterday ... my daughter and I both require the use of a wheelchair ... the total ground transportation experience exceeded my expectations!!
