I'm writing about the store located at 17105 S. Torrence Ave. I went in there last week to buy a blue tooth. I was interested in a plantronics and mine was getting static in it. The salesperson was so suave, he pulled the highest, most fancy plantronics off the shelf and wooed me with all the fancy features, such as car charger,computer charger and the little case that came with it that you could charge it in. After trying it, I decided it didn't fit good in my ear. Let him tell it, the only ones they had were 80-100 dollars.

My friend had just bought one not too long ago from there for 30 bucks and it works fine, but let them tell it-those were discontinued. There is not a sign in the store posted saying "no refund". I ended up buying the one for 89 bucks, took it home, after using it for a couple of days, it sounds worst than the one I had. I took it back only to find out that they don't give refunds, only an exchange, by the way this is only printed on your receipt after you buy the frickin thing. The particular one they told me they had, I know I heard the guy say it was $79, but ofcourse they lie to me and say it's the same price as the one I bought. Now I have this one, and it's still getting static.

At this point, I'm starting to think it's my phone, but at any rate, I'm stuck with an $90 ear piece that's working just like my $30 one. If I find out it is my phone. I just wasted $90 and can't take it back because of their deceptive policy.

I would never shop at this place again and will discourage as many people as I can not too.
