The person who takes your call has never heard of you, and if you have to call back, you have to explain the situation over again from the beginning. At Timberline, we are the insurance agency that you can work with face-to-face, human-to-human. Since 1994, we have provided high-quality insurance solutions for our clients throughout Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, and Utah. We represent many insurance companies, but we work for you. At Timberline, we know it can be frustrating to call a large insurance company and not be able to speak with someone directly. That's why when you call us, you will speak to our owner Diane. We take pride in our customer service and helping our clients with any questions they have and their insurance solutions.
