Paul gets to edit these

Have came here and seen a bunch of honest reviews that vanish..... but word on the street has been far from impressive. Sloppy work, scratches, loose fasteners and limited ability. Use certified tech and save yourself from paying twice.

"The Truth!" couldn't be farther from it

I'm a long time customer of Pro-Hawg and long time friend of the owners/technicians. We also live in a small town. If the events posted by F16 were true I would certainly know about it and it would be common knowledge in the local biker community.F16's claims are a complete fabrication. Pro-Hawg has never had a serious engine problem with their work and the few minor problems that have come up were taken care of with no complaints from the customer.Th local dealer here has the worst reputation you can imagine; especially in regard to their service department. As of this posting they haven't had a certified tech at the dealership since June of 2008, never mind a "Master of technology." Not even the Service Manager is Harley certified.Pro-Hawg Performance has a huge and loyal customer base some from as far away as Denver, Colorado (100 miles) away and they are the best in high performance engine work. NO BRAG, JUST FACT

beware

Had chrome lowers put on by PF(owner) and went to pick up the bike and found newly scratched up fender. Best of all when he was wiggling out of it he says" I didnt see them on there when I took the fender off, but I saw them when I put it back on.....but that dont mean I did it." My ride laughed after I cooled down saying how his insurance must not be any good if he is running his business like that. Good thing I have a $100 deductible, sure beats dragging him into small CC on principle. Think about it. You see how good a company is when something like this happens.

The truth!

I had the guy that owns and is the wrench of this place work on my motorcycle. After the engine blew up and he didn't want to take care of it, I finally took it to the local dealer and their Master Tech fixed it for me and it has been running great ever since. They even gave me a discount which is more than I can say for these guys. Never Again will these guys touch my friends or my Harley. They talk a big game but they don't have clue. Buyer Beware! This guy does not know how to take care of customers. I should know, I travel all over the U.S. in the military and visit tons of repair shops and dealerships. This joint is the worst!

Broke down and back on the road in 36 hours

I'm from southern California and on the way to the Sturgis Bike Rally I broke a valve spring at Cheyenne (Monday). I limped the bike into the local Harley dealer. I have a 107 ci Zippers motor and the only "tech" the dealer had was just out of high school; it was obvious he was in way over his head. I called Zipper's and they directed me to Pro-Hawg Performance, the local Zipper's Dealer. Pro-Hawg overnighted the parts from Zipper's; had the heads machined and reassembled the next day, and the motor back together (Tuesday). I was on my way to Sturgis (Wednesday) in 36 hours. This shop is AWESOME. They even stop taking regular appointments during Sturgis week so the're free to take care of travelers. I'm back home in SoCal now and the bike ran flawlessly the rest of the trip.

Helped a traveler

I was traveling to Sturgis and had a scary wobble in the front wheel of my 1996 FLHTC. Stopped in the local Harley shop and was told "We can't help you" by the service manager.(I found out from the locals that Cheyenne Harley Davidson doesn't even have any techs. The two they had quit the first week of July.) I asked if there were any other shops nearby and the manger told me "Not that I know of." L.uckily there was a local biker there that led me over to Pro-Hawg. Paul, the owner/tech, stopped what he was doing and diagnosed my problem, I had bad front wheel bearings. Paul put in new bearings, and had me on my way in less than an hour.for a VERY fair price.

Outstanding service

As far as I'm concerned there isn't another Harley shop in the tri-state area. This guy has regular customers from as far away as Denver. Excellant work at half or less dealer prices.
