Sold me what I was told was a high-end industrial vacuum. Paid nearly $600. Have since had numerous problems, taken in for service at least 5 times over the last 6 months. The last time I took it in was told that it isn't designed for the type of cleaning I use it for, even though I WAS told that was exactly what it was for when I purchased it. Gave me the option to trade it in for a much more expensive vacuum. Trade in value $200? Would be out nearly $400 and have to put out another $300 to get what I was told I was purchasing in the first place! No thanks! Taking my business elsewhere.
