A friend recommended I use reliance bank for my car loan. She told me to contact Paul Hart who is one of the managers at the bank. I'm really glad I listened to her. He proved to be really knowledgable and so helpful. He offered a better interest rate than another bank I had been to, and somehow it was just less work than what I'd dealt with before with car loans. Now I use reliance for all my banking and I will definitely continue to use them for future loans.

I have been using Reliance Bank for quite awhile now and the Chesterfield location doesn't make you feel like just another bank account. I get personalized customer service each time I go in and even through the drive-up. Everyone is very friendly and calls me by my first name. I'd recommend this bank to anyone looking for a great, customer focused, bank.
