The food is some of the best Chinese around. The Mu Shu Pork was amazing and the crab rangoon are the best I have had anywhere - large and very flavorful. New China is definitely a carry-out kind of place though, since the decor is cold and uninviting and the one time I ate inside, I was the only person at 2:30 pm and every single table was dirty and the counter girl was not very friendly or helpful. The quality of food makes up for it and if you carry out you will be very satisfied.
