Santosha is the Sanskrit word for contentment and that is what yoga has brought into my life and I want to share it with you. Join us at Santosha Yoga and you will learn the inner and outer workings of yoga. I am often told that “I am not flexible, so I can’t do yoga.” Yoga will help you become flexible and will help you find peace. Yoga will help you find what you are looking for, body, mind and soul. Yoga isn’t only just about touching your toes, but what you learn about yourself on the way down. We are blessed to have a wonderful group of experienced teachers who bring their own unique style and individuality. They all teach from the heart and from their love of yoga. We offer a variety of class times and class types; there is something for everyone. We are open 7 days a week. Whether you purchase a package or just drop in you can go to any class, offered anytime with any teacher. Pre-registration is not required for any of the regular classes. Just come on in and we will be happy to assist you. If you are new to Santosha Yoga your first week of yoga is free with no strings attached. It is our welcome gift to you.
