My husband and I recently visited this store and had pretty decent visits prior but this visit was just awful. On our previous visit we purchased a 'refurbished' playstation 3 under the premise that it worked properly. After taking it home and several attempts to play a game online and offline the system continued to freeze repeatedly. So we went back to the store to return it. After waiting in line for 20 or so minutes we were serviced by the 'manager' . His crappy attitude topped with the crappy service has completely turned us away from this store. He didn't bother to ask what was wrong with the system, didn't offer any kind of consulation, his only concern was that we are within the 7 day return period. All in all, absolutely awful visit, if you have to go to game stop go to a different store.

Even though it is new they have their act together, where I choose to go.
