I have two dogs, one of whom is on the 'frequent visitor plan' to Eagle Animal Hospital. We love our veterinarians! They always find time to see my dogs and even give follow-up calls to check on their progress. Although Dr. Matunis is an excellent diagnostician, he was also humble enough to refer my high-maintenance dog to a specialist when she needed further testing. And, when I was on vacation and she wouldn't stop vomiting, he had the dogsitter bring her in, treated her, and called me to tell me that she would be fine (and she was). My dogs mean the world to me, and I could not ask for better care than we have received from Dr. Matunis and Dr. Granite.

BEST Vet and staff around!!! I've had dogs all my life and due to moves, several vets. Dr Matunis and his staff are the most caring, professional and competent group I've ever had the pleasure to see. You can tell every person in his office loves animals and they are great with "humans" too. You always feel so welcome. My "baby" was very ill when Dr Matunis took over this practice. He was able to keep him alive another year and a half longer than the "specialists" had given me hope for. He worked with teaching hospitals across the country investigating new treatments for him. He also called to check on his progress. Not just returning calls, but actually initiating the call just to check to see how he was doing. Without these wonderful people I wouldn't have had the extra time with my Schotzie. I can't recommend them highly enough. I won't go to any other veterinary office.
