do not do not do not buy a vehicle from any of the southern locations. they don't stand by their word. i bought a fiat. after 4 years of having problem after problem they told me i purchased the dud of that year. i asked if they would do right by me if i were to purchase another vehicle from them. hoping they would i was proven they wouldn't. once the paperwork was signed i didn't matter any more. i thought maybe if i went to another dealership it would be different. it was actually worse. they don't stand behind what they sell and once you've signed the paperwork they don't care about you anymore. biggest mistake buying another vehicle from them. do you research before you buy from southern hospitality auto group. i don't want you to end up like me.

Nice individuals, got a great car at an awesome price, got into an accident a couple months later and brought it back to the same shop for servicing, body work and paint job, it was like brand new. best service, i will definitely be coming back in the future.

Came in to look at a car, sales man was HORRIBLE! Barely spoke to us, when he did speak we couldn't hear him, acted like he HATED his job. Was not friendly at all. Went in to have our Car appraised and the guy couldn't get the VIN right,. Then asked us for personal info and when I asked why he became very attitudey with us. So we left. We will take our business else where.

First - their ADVERTISED - Certified vehicles have an additional 1200.00 fee for you to have the certification. The clincher is the car has ALREADY been put through their "100 point inspection". So this boils down to one big JUNK FEE. They tell you the fee is for this inspection process...but, if you get the certification or NOT the "inspection" has already been done. Seems like a waste of time...or a SCAM.



They also tried to rip me off by not allowing me their other advertised special of "no more taxes". Said, the Internet price was SO good that they couldn't give me that deal....when NO WHERE was Internet prices excluded from their advertising.



Then they could only find ONE key to my car. An additional key would have cost 300 DOLLARS!!! They "couldn't find my other key". At this point I put the brakes on and said no second key - no purchase. THEY FOUND IT WITHIN 3 MINS!!! (Interesting at the least).



Then came the financing....after 3 hrs of being there for a car I picked out on line!!! I guess they keep you there that long to tire you out so they can take this next step....They added life insurance, employment insurance, and a VIN number etching fee to the tune of 1,800.00 additional !!! It is buried in the paperwork so it goes fairly unnoticed. They know they are scamming people as they have a form READY TO GO deducting these items from the bottom line of the price of your vehicle.....but, the clincher is your monthly payment is set in stone and is higher as a result of these fees.



Dealing with this den of thieves really took away from my car buying experience.
