this was my first visit to American family rv. I was greet by an employee yelling at me for driving into the back lot. II had a winterization done on my rv. The work was done, i paid my bill. I had to wait 20 mins for them to pull my rv up front. I will not use American family rv again.

Been dealing with the owner and staff for the last 4 years, my first rv was a 24ft pull behind,now i move up to a 40ft 5th wheel. Got the best price around hampton roads and the best customer services. Maid me feel like part of the family, and for the service on my fifth wheel wich had some small things wrong with it they fix it right away. I do recommend American Family RV for purchase or service.

If you are looking for an RV American Family RV is the RV dealership to shop at. Thier customer service is the finest I have ever seen. Great people, wonderful service and no pressure. So happy we found them.
