Have been taking fleet trucks to them for 6 years always done on time in budget. I can't say that for many other places around here. I take all of my fleet and personal vehicles to them for state inspections they are honest and streight forward. If a vehicle needs a part to pass inspection it actually needs that part and they give you a fair price to install it.

I have been a customer for years and spent thousands and thousands of dollars there. Since the new mechanic came on I have had several instances where the work was not done but money was collected. Dave called me up just to call me a name. I've never seen such poor customer service. The owner will not return my phone calls.

I've taken my car here for over 5 years and I have always been treated right and have never had a complaint. The dealership wanted to charge me $385 to fix a part on my front end, I took it to American Alignment and paid $97 for the same thing!

They have my business forever!

Put the wrong parts on my car! Took them to court and won! Refuses to pay the judgement so I am turning it over to a collection agency! Do not take your car there!

I am dissatisfied with the recent repair work done to my vehicle. The manager of the Chesapeake location never called me to explain what he did to my vehicle after I informed him that my vehicle was leaking oil after having a simple oil change done by him. My vehicle is still leaking oil even though he stated that he completely fixed the problem. My vehicle never leaked oil before he did the oil change on 8/18/11. I'm requesting that the owner of the company, Charles Midgett contact me.
