David came to my door because I was on the new home owner list and offered to do a free water test.I said he could do the test right then but he said he had plans with his girlfriend (I didn't need to know that he could have just he was busy) so we scheduled for the next day. Its been 2 days no one has showed up or called or even tried to contact me to apologize or reschedule.
