I have used this company since 2004. Had them come out this Xmas to unclog my back drain. The man that came out said it was the front drain (which is wasn't)! Paid $185 and still I have a clogged drain in the back. Called to have them come out to fix the problem that I paid for! I still have not heard back from the plumber. Never again will I use their service nor recommend them to anyone again!

Came out right away on a holiday weekend. Was thankful since we had a slight emergency. The service tech was professional, friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Would recommend.

I was given a verbal quote by one of their plumbers. We had a crack in a section of the soil pipe. The quote was high but he explained to me that it involved multiple steps to replace the piece that was cracked. Two days later he showed up to do the job and he did only one step and for a job that took one man an hour and a half he charged me $895. I think thi high charge was because " I live in an expensive neighborhood".

I would never use anyone else. You can trust them. I had another company out and they told me I needed all the pipes replaced out front. They snaked it and its been fine. So what could of costed me 10 grand was only 85.00. THANKS RELIABLE PLUMBING CO!!!

Excellent Service ! I called for a couple leaks and they sent someone out within the hr and it was fixed. Joan who handles all the calls was Awesome, Friendly and excellent Customer Service. Tim who fixed the problem was very friendly and even showed me how to fix and solder copper bc I'm clueless. Great People. Great Business. A+++++++. thnx Guys. I will be using you again and recommend to anyone.

I was way overcharged for the work that was done. Mislead as to what was required and and charged for work that wasn't needed.

Had an appointment with Reliable this morning to clean my drain. Used coupon in yellow pages saying $75.00. Made the appointment yesterday with woman on the phone. She confirmed coupon was good for $75.00. Man called at the time of the appointment and said it would be $125.00 because I lived in center city. False advertising. No mention of extra charges for center city in yellow page ad. Better Business Bureau needs to know about Reliable's false advertising.

My 25+ year old toilet was leaking so I called Reliable and spoke to Tim. He quoted me the exact price for a toilet installation. He was honest and provided me with a high quality product, the Gerber Viper for a reasonable price. I know because I made a few phone calls and made a trip to one of the super stores to compare prices. The plumber who came to my townhouse knew his job and was professional, quick and tidy with the install. I now have a sturdy toilet with a great, sturdy toilet seat. I will do business with Reliable again!

I live in the neighborhood & called for the first time today. Toilet tank mechanisms failed, but it’s not a reg size tank so I needed help, & I only have one toilet, Arrgh! Tim, one of their plumbers, came out straight away, w/all necessary supplies & fixed it right there & then.

Reliable is the BEST!!!! They came out to rescue me on a Saturday because my hot water heater finally broke. They replaced it with a top of the line hot water heater. They came over in an hour, fixed it quickly with a smile and without gouging me. Don't bother calling anyone else!

This company is the best!. I had a major problem with the main sewer line at my home and every company that I called did not want anything to do with it, because of the manual labor that had to be done. The sewer line is on a very steep hill and therefore it had to be hand dug. The machine was not possible to excavate this part of my property. I was referred to Reliable Plumbing after about 3 different companies came out to my home. The work that Reliable did was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They don't have company's like this anymore. The repairman came out did a thorough job - was friendly and caring. You could tell he loved what he did and was a good ole fashioned family oriented working man. Pipes checked carefully and heater repaired within minutes. Reliable gets my vote any time.

Reliable removed an old main drain, replaced it with a new one, and installed a new backflow fitting at the curb. The men were pleasant to deal with. They arrived on time and completed the work as promised, leaving the premises in the best condition possible. We would definitely recommend them. Hats off to the very professional office staff as well!

I had some plumbing work done by Reliable a few years ago. They had to dig up the street and some of my pavement to perform the work. The plumbing part of the job was well done. They had subcontracted to another company to do the cement work. After a few years the cement started to chip and break up. Even though my contract stated that the cement work was only guaranteed for one year, the owner Mike Z stood up and replaced the cement block. The man stands behind his work; even when it was not his fault, and he was not contractually obligated.
