Had an appointment with Reliable this morning to clean my drain. Used coupon in yellow pages saying $75.00. Made the appointment yesterday with woman on the phone. She confirmed coupon was good for $75.00. Man called at the time of the appointment and said it would be $125.00 because I lived in center city. False advertising. No mention of extra charges for center city in yellow page ad. Better Business Bureau needs to know about Reliable's false advertising.

My 25+ year old toilet was leaking so I called Reliable and spoke to Tim. He quoted me the exact price for a toilet installation. He was honest and provided me with a high quality product, the Gerber Viper for a reasonable price. I know because I made a few phone calls and made a trip to one of the super stores to compare prices. The plumber who came to my townhouse knew his job and was professional, quick and tidy with the install. I now have a sturdy toilet with a great, sturdy toilet seat. I will do business with Reliable again!

Replaced my hot water heater with a top of the line brand. Contacted them and they came out the same day. Water heater actually was leaking for a while. Employees are friendly and professional. Reliable is the BEST!!!! They came out to rescue me on a Saturday because my hot water heater finally broke. They replaced it with a top of the line hot water heater. They came over in an hour, fixed it quickly with a smile and without gouging me. Don't bother calling anyone else!

This company is the best!. I had a major problem with the main sewer line at my home and every company that I called did not want anything to do with it, because of the manual labor that had to be done. The sewer line is on a very steep hill and therefore it had to be hand dug. The machine was not possible to excavate this part of my property. I was referred to Reliable Plumbing after about 3 different companies came out to my home. The work that Reliable did was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They don't have company's like this anymore. The repairman came out did a thorough job - was friendly and caring. You could tell he loved what he did and was a good ole fashioned family oriented working man. Pipes checked carefully and heater repaired within minutes. Reliable gets my vote any time.

Reliable removed an old main drain, replaced it with a new one, and installed a new backflow fitting at the curb. The men were pleasant to deal with. They arrived on time and completed the work as promised, leaving the premises in the best condition possible. We would definitely recommend them. They had subcontracted to another company to do the cement work. After a few years the cement started to chip and break up. Even though my contract stated that the cement work was only guaranteed for one year, the owner Mike Z stood up and replaced the cement block. The man stands behind his work; even when it was not his fault, and he was not contractually obligated. Reliable Plumbing replaced my oil heater with a gas heater.The installation was flawless and affordable.They moved the water heater to the new location also .The piping of both looks like something you would see done on T.V. by a top notch professional.I haven't had any problems in the past two winters with the heating system. I would highly recommend Reliable Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

The system still needs to be bled almost daily. The gas heater exploded water all over my basement about three months after installation. Reliable did not take responsibility for it, and has not been back to my house since then to see if the heater is working correctly. I had a plumber in my house for another project and he immediately saw that Reliable's installation was improper. Reliable is fighting my insurance company about Reliable's responsibility for the water damage. This means I have to pay the deductible on Homeowner's insurance, during the subrogation battle. I would never use Reliable again, and would recommend against others from using them.
