The company has developed an array of product improvements, such as ComfortTray, a specialized foam that enhances the mattresses comfort; foam encasement, a method that expands the usable sleep space by 20 percent; and ComfortFlex, a process that encases spring coils to reduce motion disturbance. The company s products have received the Good Housekeeping Seal and the Consumer Digest Best Buy award for more than five years. The company has manufacturing facilities in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Ireland, Australia, the Middle East and Argentina. Spring Air Company employs more than 2,000 people nationwide and is headquartered in Elk Grove Village, Ill., with a Spring Air of the Northeast location in Chelsea, Mass.
