      Not pleased having to wait 3 weeks for my stove they had instock 20 miles away

      Not happy that I had to wait 3 weeks for a pellet stove to be installed that they had in stock 20 miles away. When I was handed the final bill prior to purchase, of course I was shocked at how high it was, I asked if there were "less expensive" items they HAD to use to install my stove, of course there was. You have to ask for the "lesser expensive" items.. saved me over $500!! Really not happy that I had to pay $200 to install the stove otherwise they would not warranty the install, thankfully I did cause the stock fan did not work on the item.. If I had done the install, it would not of been covered..
