The absolute worse place to live my apartment got broken into twice, my car once, my friends car also when he was just visiting me. I barely made it the full year of my lease. I was literally crying everyday of the last month. Mold growing so bad in the toilet, the closet doors were broken from the time I moved in til I moved out managers would not fix them. The police already know about the area of the commons and hickory valley so they will barely help you when you report issues, I honestly wouldn't even want an enemy to live here. Please avoid the emotional distress of living here!!!

I am not pleased with the way your company has no concern for the living conditions of your apartments and the way they are maintained. Right after my daughter moved in to apartment 710 in rained and the apartment flooded in the 2 bedrooms and living room. You all paid for one night in a hotel and for the next 10 days she had to find someplace else to live. The apartment was so damp that we had to purchase a dehumidifier for her. Also the water was running down the bedroom wall every time it rain hard until the day she moved. Some the other things were bird or birds in the air ducts that it took days to remove, roaches and rat or mice running in wall or ceiling and security, her car was broke into. Office closed when it should have been open. The ceiling and wall the day we moved 01/30/2011, had been told it was repaired and it would be repainted and the next time it would rain water would seep in. The apartments are very secure. There is surveillance cameras on site. The apartments are nice. The only problems I have are as follows: The office is very disorganized. The concessions never post on time. The contracts are not properly drafted. In addition, my deposit and one of my payments were not properly posted. For instance, my deposit was posted as a payment. Almost a year later the receptionist corrected the matter. In addition, I made a payment on the fifth of the month. The receptionist posted the payment on the sixth and I got charged a late fee of $60.00. No one in the office has a real estate license which can be verified on the Real Estate Commissions website. It is really stressful living here. I am considering moving. Don't move here unless you can deal with the status quo.

Not a good place to live. they dont fix anything. In the 4 years i lived there i had roaches the whole time. My friend that lived there had his car broken into 3 times. I had mold growing on my ceiling. I will never live there again and I am letting everyone know about it so thay dont make the same mistake as I did.
