Happy is absolutely amazing! I was very ecstatic with both my cakes and my cupcakes. I worked with Happy to create a dessert selection that was not only modern but timeless as well. We ordered two small two tier wedding cakes: one was red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and the other French vanilla almond with strawberry cream filing. I appreciated Happy's thought process while she helped us decide on which flavors to go with. Her cakes were amazingly delicious - not too heavy and so delicate and delicious. My guests had nothing but good things to say! Everyone kept asking who baked my cakes and of course I have been telling them this awesome woman named Happy! I was amazed. Best cake I ever had! I brought a picture of a cake that I wanted them to duplicate and in my head I was thinking this is a hard cake to make so I told Happy I would settle for the same theme and it doesn't have to exactly match. I was wrong. Happy duplicated the cake and added few extras and took the design to a whole new level. it looked Amazing and it tasted AMAZING!! I will be getting all my future cakes from happy!
