When we moved here, my husband found this dental office. He came home from his first visit and said he how happy he was. He has had a lot of dental work done and has always come home afterwards talking about how well he liked Smiles of Chattanooga and how nice and professional everyone treated him. He has tried to convince me to go there since his first visit, but I had resisted. I finally listened to him and couldn't be happier. I was so impressed with how everyone listened to my needs and concerns, and how well everyone communicated to each other about my concerns. This is a dental experience like no other! Dr. Gallien and his staff are extremely friendly, helpful and genuine. They not only took the time to get to know me personally, but also took the time to explain and review everything with me in detail. The office is beautiful and puts dental fears behind. The technology is very advanced and I could tell from the moment I walked in at how professional everything was. I cannot imagine going back to another dentist after experiencing a visit at Smiles of Chattanooga.

Dr. Gallien was very down to earth and even tried to lower the price. However, at the end of the appointment we spoke to the finance lady who was nice. My only problem with this company is the fact they push loan choices down your throat then ask 12 times, "can't you have someone Co-sign a loan". No. To get all my husband's teeth removed it would cost us thousands. Not a budget friendly company.

For someone who is fearful of the dentist office; this is the office for you!! The staff is top notch, environment is calm and inviting, outstanding technology, minimal wait time; if any, but most importantly; they "listen" to you. Together you make your treatment plan that works!

This was the most relaxing dental experience I've ever had. The office is so beautiful and tranquil, it sets the tone right from the very start. The staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. Even my kids had an easy time.
