I love it! When I called they asked me if I'm interested in private intro session, I hesitated a little, but since it was for free at that time I signed in. It was very neat! I'll recommend with thumbs up. After that I did a class, good stretching, first I thought not as physical, but then I could feel everytthing relaxed even more than after a hard workout, lots of breathing and cool "energy" meditation. Place feels like you can completely get away from your busy life and just be, exactly what I want from yoga. Thanks!
