Very clean and safe mobile home park. Some of the manufactured homes are even placed on top of two car garages. Management is great as long as you take care of your home and lot. They are just trying to make it a nice place to live. I would recommend this park as one of the best in the state.

I have lived here for about 4 years and 4 years to long, any time I have a park issue its my fault. There is no research done on their part. Grace and Deb just assume it is not a park issue. Like electricity being out....my fault? Water flooding the road my fault? When you pay your lot rent in person your imposing on their computer game playing, there is a clear view from Debs window at her computer. There is never a smile or a how are you....its a grumpy stare. Its a clean nice park and rare you have a garage. But where are the manners that we all were taught.

On occasion when I have had to speak with the management, it is hard to be heard. It is too bad that there are people that have pushed the limits of the rules in place that has given her a sour personality, but I would not want the job of babysitting adults.I just wish she would adapt her responses to the tone that she is approached with. Overall, this is the greatest park to live in, but maintain your living area and pay your rent on time you can avoid having to deal with Grace.

First of all, you cannot spell. Yes, the management is difficult. We had difficulty getting our home sold, but ultimately, we did. You do get better results if you are good to the management. We did not like Grace at all! But instead of being confrontational, we killed her with kindness.Also, Brandondale is one of the best parks around. Clean, low crime, and basically a good neighborhood to be in. Can't say that for the other park in Chaska. Ever been in that one? If you get out of there alive, you're doing well.

The Management for this mobile home park are the scum of the earth! If you get approved to move here, good luck getting out. My family and I are having the hardest time moving out. If they dislike you they will deny your buyers entry into their mobile home park. Scum...... Grace is a bitch!!!!!!
