I have been pleased with this company. I wish there weren't so much staff turnover but, all in all, a good HVAC/plumbing company. Of course, shop around for the best prices, but there is more to getting a system than just price.

Had this compnay come out to look at a ceiling fan that was not working properly. Cost 67.00 had a 20.00 coupon . Electrcian tells me I need a new ceiling fan. Ok no problem Go to Lowe's and buy a 70.00 fan. electrcian comes back and charges me 145.00 to install the fan. So it cost me altogether 212.00 to install a 70.00 fan . Does this make sense??? Robertsons customer service guy thinks so. he goes into this long message on my phone on how he did me right. BLAH BLAH BLAH My advice is stay away from these people.

Absolutely do not use them!!!! they do horrible work I was very disappointed in the work they did in my home and had to call another company to fix it because on top of everything that was wrong I also had things missing from my home. when I informed the owner he never called me back and when I finally got in touch with him he proceeded to get nasty and hang up on me....real professional. Since there are numerous great companies out there that actually care about their customers I would suggest that you use anyone but this company HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will try to rip you off, I had a sales guy try to charge me more then double for the same system another hvac company quoted me...beware

Robertson has been my #1 repair and installation service company. They have worked on our addition/renovation, installation of heat pumps for the new area, installation and maintenance on our indoor pool ventilation system, and annual maintenance service for 18 years. There staff, including the office/scheduling staff, repair/installation/maintenance personnel area professional and consistent. There are other electrical contractors that may advertise more but they are not worth it. We have had a brief experience with another major Charlottesville Company who never finished a job, were messy and were disrespectful to "the pretty lady's questions". I know I stay at home and manage the household but I do like to at least understand what is going on with a call. The Robertson staff does not miss a beat. Once they forgot to throw a breaker, I was home alone with 4 toddlers and they had the repair person come 30 miles from his home to fix the problem. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE
