Region Ten Community Services Board provides mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse services to the city of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Greene, Nelson, Fluvanna and Louisa. One of 40 community service boards in the state of Virginia. Region Ten has become a leader in the field not only because of the professionals and caring staff we employ.
