Aside from being a warm, approachable person, Justin has a very calming, peaceful presence and I would refer him to anyone in a heartbeat! He is incredibly professional, and I experienced no discomfort whatsoever, aside from my own body's tension at having been neglected for too long. I loved the soothing music he played, as well. Sometimes it can be so distracting, but it was just transportive and I was able to truly relax and focus on my own breath and healing. Justin had a very intuitive knack for honing in on where my stress was being held, and helped me to understand why and how to address it. I will keep going back to Justin as long as I live in this area!
justin is an excellent massage therapist and nice human being. he always made me feel comfortable and secure. he helped heal chronic shoulder and neck pain brought on by stress and waiting tables, and helped with plantar fasciitis pain management. he was actually the first person to diagnose my plantar fasciitis!
Justin has great talent for message therapy. You can tell that he has an intuitive understanding of the muscle and skeletal structure. I expressed my lower back pain’s history and recounted my weekly schedule to him; I do a lot of yoga, plus work a physical job, and he was able to give me insight as to some of the causes of what I was experiencing and he gave me great recommendations to keep in mind during my yoga practice and throughout my day. The massage is awesome, of course, and a session leaves me feeling wonderful, but I also leave with a better understanding of my body. And I’ve made a lot of progress on my back! :)
Justin successfully healed chronic shoulder pain I had been experiencing from a childhood injury for over 20 years. I also received prenatal massage during my last pregnancy, which I believe was what kept me from having back and hip pain or blood circulation issues (no swelling in hands or feet even the final summer months) He's incredibly knowledgeable and personable company. Highly recommended!
It has been great for Justin to work with me for the last 5 years. Having used other therapists I am impressed with his education and skill to work thru problems.
I am 67 years old leading an active life style of work, gym workouts, and construction activities.
I rely on Justin the keep me uptight and moving after a massgae session. There are inly five stars on here, but I rate him 10 out of 10!
