About Commonwise Charlottesville Commonwiseâ??s corporate headquarters is located in the Weedon Professional Center on Ivy Road in Charlottesville, near Boarâ??s Head and Farmington. In addition to housing Commonwiseâ??s administrative team, this office is home to our caregiver training facility, where we work with new and existing caregivers to continually better their skills.
