Good sales but low marks for follow up. Ordered a TempurPedic mattress it's been almost 2 weeks since the order was placed a money deducted from my account a still no mattress. I understand delays due to the recent bad weather but I have been the one who has had to follow up to get the status of my order. One would think for what I'm paying I would get better follow up on the order status. We are new to the area and needed additional items for our new home and it is unfortunate that this experience has caused me to look elsewhere.

One hundred times better than Grand Furniture. The staff is friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. They have a great selection of nice pieces at good prices. We also had a great experience with the delivery guys who called on their way to make sure we knew exactly when they'd be there.

Decent furniture, reasonable prices, but DO NOT BUY THE ITEM IF THEY DO NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK. Delivery estimates are worthless. At the beginning of week 3 I called and was told it would not be delivered by the end of the third week and they could not guarantee it would be delivered even by the end of week 4. Was given some absurd explanation about items being on the docks, and they have no control and blah blah blah... Meanwhile they were more than happy to take my entire payment up front. Also, good luck finding an online email for customer support.

Love this store! No tacky hard sell. Good quality furniture at reasonable prices. Delivery charges are low, deliveries are on time (not the "we'll be there sometime during the hours of 8 am to 4pm type") and delivery guys are careful and courteous.

Great service and prices! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Shopping here for furniture for a grad student was fun!
