Called yesterday about a slow drain we've been dealing with for months in a older house we purchased less than a year ago. Initially, we were scared a pro would come in and tell us our pipes needed full overhaul- not something we wanted to deal with as we have a baby on the way. Saw believable reviews online for Beck and decided to take a chance and call. They were here the next day (calling when they said they would, to say they were on their way). Immediately my mind was at ease to see a friendly face from the company, telling me it was a localized issue and thought he could fix it easily. He was right. Also he pointed out another issue we knew about but explained that, too, is likely a localized issue. Told me how I could fix it myself or have them do it. I wanted to talk it over with my hubby later and he respected that. Tech was professional and polite, worked quickly, not too chatty, but certainly took the time to answer thoroughly all the questions I had. Very much appreciate Beck Cohen, and we plan to use them again in future. I'm sure our house is full of surprises... :)

I would not recommend this company to anyone. It has taken 7 visits (and counting) for our heating unit to be repaired (It is worth mentioning our unit is only four years old.). Technicians have arrived late, misinformed, and unprepared. A simple repair has taken nearly a month to fix. My husband has had to miss hours of work waiting at home while this unreliable, unorganized, poorly run company has attempted to repair our heater. Oh, and it's currently 20 degrees outside. Be sure to use any company but Beck Cohen.

Our water heater went out a few days ago. I quickly got in over my head and decided to call in the pros late in the day.The office staff at Beck Cohen were polite and checked with their field force. We lucked out and Walter and Dave arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem, and made the necessary repairs. Both men were very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Their assistance was greatly appreciated; wouldn't hesitate to call them again!!

I have been doing business with Beck Cohen for many years. They have cosistantly provided professional service. They stand behind their work and are always prompt and professional.

I am a little late with this review as the work I had done was a few months ago but I just want to say how wonderful the service was and polite and talented the service guys were, especially the plumber that came to house, Jason. You run across a company every so often that has employees that make the difference. Any company could have done the work that I requested, but Jason made the job go very smooth and did an excellent job in every aspect. I am very pleased with this company.

It's rare for a service contractor to impress me and leave me with a good impression. However, Beck Cohen has done that. Not only do they return calls, they schedule appts. in a timely manner, adhere to their scheduled time (if not early) and provide a great customer experience. I would highly recommend Beck Cohen to anyone looking for A/C, Heating, or Plumbing work.
