Founded in 1967, KingGuinn Associates has provided full service structural design and engineering services throughout the eastern United States. Projects include hospitals and medical facilities, high-rise structures, low rise office buildings, retail facilities, public and private schools, and university facilities, hotels, parking decks, recreational facilities, and a variety of other structures. Complimenting our engineering services, we also conduct building investigations and provide design for special structures, renovations, retrofits, and upfits. Our professional staff of structural engineers, designers, and supporting personnel is talented and experienced providing the flexibility and ability to tackle small, special design projects, and typical design projects, as well as substantial size projects. Being a single discipline firm, our expertise and specialization includes all aspects of structural design and engineering. Clients and building owners are provided with experienced professional engineers, personal attention and dedication to each individual project, and an innovative, cost-conscious design. Services range from the conceptual phase through construction administration and as-built drawings. Our building design reflects and supports the vision of the architect and owner.
