I need to let everyone know this. This place is HORRIBLE. I have been twice! The first time I went there I felt like the staff wasn't very nice and the Dr acted as if I was a nuisance. Didn't even crack a smile, didn't really get to the bottom of the problem, and every question I asked was responded with an attitude as if I was a PIA. But I never complained because it's not worth it...but THIS time I just was ASTONISHED with the treatment I received.... I headed over around 5:30 on a Saturday because my daughter was running a dangerously high fever and had about 10 bloody noses. I called her dr and was told to get her to the UC or ER right away so I headed over to the UC Blakeney across the street. Doors were locked to get in the building before 6pm. Finally I get in and get upstairs at 6pm on the dot when I was let in by someone who was waiting in the waiting room. I was cursed out, attacked, and told I was a bad mother by the staff and wasnt helped and sent on my way....
