This place is awful! I wouldn’t send anyone there unless I want them hurt in a car accident. I paid $250 for brakes and an oil change and they hadn’t even pulled my car out after I dropped the car off at 8 am and never got a call so I came back at 5 pm. I went to back the car our of the garage (since they hadn’t moved it) and the brakes they just replaced didn’t work. I almost backed over the sidewalk and into oncoming traffic! Then they told me nothing was wrong with the brakes and that I had to bring the car back on Monday cause they close over the weekend. After bringing the piece they asked for, giving them all day to fix it and giving the brakes time to work, they are now quickly degenerating and becoming unusable. So not only did they make my car worse, they also had terrible customer service and couldn’t even operate the card machine! Granted I know nothing about their detailing work, I will certainly never trust them with my car for anything ever again.

The customer service is horrible. They use to be friendly and efficient. Thing have definitely changed. I will tell everyone that I know to not solicit this company.

I went to Palmer and Sons yesterday for rear struts and front brakes. I had purchased all the items before I went. After they checked the brakes, they found out that I did not need brakes. So I was able to return parts up to almost 60 dollars. Also they reduced their price on their labor. I am greatfutl to them for their honesty and I will remain a loyal customer. They also fixed my alternator in my Jeep. I saved on labor their as well as installing it and they had it ready in the time they said. My Name is Charles Hines
