The WORST Property MGT company around. Will take rent, unprofessional, landlord fired them after 3 months.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They take money from tenants and do not pay the owners! BEWARE!

This management company is fantastic!! They have done a great job managing my property over the last 3 years. I don't want to deal with tenants and this company handles everything!!

Beware of this company they are theives. You have to fight with them on a constant bases to get what is rightfully yours. PLEASE save your self a major headache and do business else where!!! Landlords and tenants!

This company has been very disappointing overall with managing my properties. They continue to pay me with bounce checks but collect the rent like clock work from the tenets. Sounds like I'm not the only owner paying for rental properties and Greenpoint collects the rent. Sounds like we are working for them!!!

This company is not doing their job. They are managing our property for rental. They are sure good at collecting the money from the tenants but do not want to pay back to the owner. We've been back and forth with them since March because they paid us bounced checks every month and it would take them 2 months to fix it. They still owe us 2 months of payments and would not respond to emails or calls. When you call even during the office hour, you either hear an automatic message that 'the office is now closed'. We will have to come to see them and hope they are not fleeing away.
