Our Memory Care Program, also known as Heartland Village, offers a compassionate residential program using the most up-to-date care techniques specifically designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder. Our program encourages each resident to live at their highest potential in an environment of safety, freedom, and comfort.
