THIS STORE TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUSLY!!! Made an order and thought we ordered for same day delivery. Called the store to change the note on the card. The representative did not confirm the delivery date and my failure to confirm made a mess of things. I thought edible arrangement at this location failed to deliver my order. However, they didn't it was mainly my fault for ordering it on the wrong date. My wife was in the hospital due to an pregnancy emergency which resulted in an induced delivery. I wanted to show her how much I appreciate what she had went through. The manager called me the next day to clear up the misunderstanding. I was satisfied with the service prior to talking to the manager because I realized the error that I made and not the store. However, the conversation with the manager made me even more happy.

Worst service I have ever received. Wife in hospital and wanted something to lift her spirits. Ordered by 2 PM and nothing was delivered. If I knew this company couldn't come through I would have gone some where else. I even called to confirm yet no phone call, no heads up, nothing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

...to send to someone. Not the typical flower arrangements. They are pricey though.
